Our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with fairness. Here are the key terms:
Eligibility: Unused “one trip” shipping containers may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in the same condition as when received.
Exclusions: Custom-modified containers cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All other costs related to the return process will be borne by the purchaser.
Condition: Containers must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any damage or alteration may result in the refusal of the return or a deduction from the refund.
Process: Refunds will be processed after the returned containers have been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any other applicable charges.
Initiation: To start the return process, customers must first contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.
