Warranty & Refund Policy

WARRANTY

We guarantee all our units are wind and weather-tight. We also warrant our products to be free from defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. If something’s defective, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion. We define defects as issues with cargo door functionality, door seals, and roll door problems.

This warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic issues like chipped paint, rust, or damage from handling, loading, unloading, harsh weather, or normal wear and tear. Custom paint jobs (inside or out) aren’t covered either.

REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable. We’ll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we can’t refund costs related to modifications, transportation, or handling.
